In addition to the aid of the Robert and Adele R. Schiff Foundation and the University of Cincinnati’s Department of English, Acre relies upon outside support to expand our mission to spotlight the work of debut and underrepresented authors.

Many emerging writers lack an agent or publicist, and so require more time and effort from our small but devoted staff on in-house marketing strategy, release events, and post-publication promotion. Your donation will help cover fees for additional advertising, awards nominations, review copy giveaways, and travel stipends for these authors to attend national conferences.
